Job summary

Stagecoach Perth Depot is seeking a Semi-Skilled Mechanic / Service Engineer to maintain and repair buses at the Perth site. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using modern diagnostic tools and perform preventative and reactive maintenance, including roadside repairs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicles, ideally buses/coaches.
• Confident using diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• Proactive safety-first approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service buses to safety standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance including roadside repairs.
• Report defects and work safely and in line with policies.
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues and support junior team members.
