Stagecoach Peterborough Depot is seeking a skilled vehicle technician to maintain and repair our diverse fleet. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and perform servicing, inspections and major engine work as part of a safety‑focused depot team.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in PSV/HGV maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Strong hands-on experience with commercial vehicles, automotive, plant, rail or similar environments.
• Confident using diagnostic equipment and fault-finding tools.
• Basic electrical and electronic diagnostic knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and repairing our fleet to DVSA and Stagecoach safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

• NVQ Level 3 in PSV/HGV Maintenance or equivalent qualification in Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience within commercial vehicles, automotive, plant, rail or similar environments
• Confident using diagnostic equipment and fault-finding tools
• Basic electrical and electronic diagnostic knowledge
• A safety-first mindset and excellent attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused approach
• Experience working on buses or passenger vehicles is desirable, but not essential
