Realise UK is seeking industry professionals who want to shape the next generation of safe, reliable bus drivers. You will deliver structured learning sessions across classroom and online environments, supporting apprentices toward endpoint assessment.

This hybrid role combines depot-based training with home-based work. We value strong experience and motivation to help people succeed, with a focus on high-quality training delivery and professional learner support.

• Strong knowledge of bus driving standards, safety, and customer service excellence.

• Confident delivering training both face-to-face and online.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, inclusive learning and development sessions (classroom and/or online).
• Tailor workshop content using learners’ initial assessment results.
• Equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for their apprenticeship and future career.
• Prepare and mark learner work, providing constructive feedback and tracking progress.
• Support learners in building their portfolio of evidence ready for End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Schedule and conduct timely learner reviews, gathering feedback from relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with employers to confirm attendance and coordinate operational requirements such as driver release.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
• Uphold high quality standards across all training activities.
• Build positive, professional relationships with learners and employers to create a supportive learning environment.

Ready to step away from shift work and use your transportexperience to develop others? At Realise, we’re seeking industry professionalswho want to shape the next generation of safe, reliable bus drivers. Noteaching qualification is required – just strong experience and the motivationto help people succeed.

You’ll deliver structured learning sessions across classroomand online environments, supporting apprentices as they progress towards endpoint assessment. It’s a great opportunity to stay connected to the industrywhile making a lasting difference to people’s careers.

Whilst no two days are ever the same, you can expect to:

Where will I be based?

This is a hybrid role, with some of your time based at a depot, and the remainder working from home. This will be discussed with you further in your interview.
