£15.40 - £21.25 per hour

Pay Rate

• During Training (first 3 weeks): £13.15 per hour
• Experienced PCV Bus Drivers / After Training:
  • First 12 months: £15.40 per hour, increasing to £19.25 after 9pm
  • 12-24 months: £15.80 per hour, increasing to £19.75 after 9pm
  • 24 months+: £17.00 per hour, increasing to £21.25 after 9pm

If you hold a PCV license with more than 12 months experience within the last 4 years, you will start at the 12-24 months rate.

Pay rates are reviewed via frequent pay negotiations.

Hours Of Work

• Rotating shift patterns, planned 6-8 weeks in advance.
• Mornings from 04:00, afternoons from 12:00, evenings from 18:00.
• Fixed shifts are not available; overtime is available upon request and availability.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience with your license (for Trainees).
• PCV license (for experienced drivers).
• No more than 6 points on your license.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Excellent people and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
