We are currently seeking bus drivers for morning and afternoon school runs in the Ashford area. Work a few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon, with the middle part of the day and school holidays off. Enjoy a regular job with familiarity and stability.
We have a small department in Ashford, so you can collect the vehicle from there daily.

We offer two payment options: pay drivers only for the days worked (approximately 190 school days per year) or spread the payment over 52 weeks for a more regular income. The total annual income remains the same, and spreading payments can benefit those claiming tax credits or other benefits.

School bus drivers can take on additional work at weekends, paid at the relevant hourly/daily rates, including rail replacement services, coach hire, and other duties.
We have different pay scales. Drivers who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and flexibility can progress to the Enhanced grade.
