Job summary

West Coast Motors (Dunoon) is seeking experienced PCV drivers to join our friendly team in Dunoon. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shift patterns, overtime, and generous holiday entitlement.

You’ll drive modern vehicles on some of Scotland’s most scenic routes, connecting local communities with a safe, reliable service. We provide paid Driver CPC training and ongoing professional development, along with a supportive depot team and opportunities for career progression across

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles on scheduled services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a safe journey for passengers.
• Help connect local communities by getting customers to destinations on time.
• Handle cash and card payments where required.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Provide travel information and assistance to customers.
• Work independently with high safety and professionalism.

Are you an experienced PCV Driver looking for a rewarding role in one of Scotland's most scenic locations?

We're looking for professional, customer-focused Bus and Coach Drivers to join our friendly team in Dunoon. We have opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with a range of shift patterns offering flexibility and a positive work-life balance.

Every journey matters. Whether you're helping local residents get to work, school, appointments or the shops, or welcoming visitors to the area, you'll play an important role in delivering a safe, reliable and friendly service to our customers.

Working in Dunoon

Based at our Dunoon depot, you'll help connect local communities across Cowal and the surrounding area. Operating modern vehicles on some of Scotland's most scenic routes, you'll be part of a supportive local team in a varied role where no two days are the same.

The Role

As a Bus and Coach Driver, you will:

• Safely operate company vehicles on scheduled services and other allocated work
• Deliver excellent customer service and a safe, comfortable journey for every passenger
• Help connect local communities by getting customers to their destinations safely and on time
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly, where required
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects in line with company procedures
• Provide travel information and assistance to customers when required
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
• Represent West Coast Motors positively through your driving standards, appearance and customer care

What You'll Need:

• A valid PCV licence entitlement
• A digital tachograph card
• A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A commitment to delivering a safe and dependable service
• To live in Dunoon or the surrounding area, or be willing to relocate
