Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Are you experienced in end-to-end payroll processing and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients and deadlines? If so, this role might be perfect for you.

About the Company: Our client is a successful and well-established accountancy firm offering a range of services including bureau payroll. Due to the growth of their payroll service line, they are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients on various pay schedules
  2. Processing BACS payments
  3. Submitting all HMRC returns
  4. Uploading pension data to pension providers
  5. Completing year-end submissions
  6. Handling client payroll queries

This role can be offered on a part-time basis or full-time, with additional bookkeeping or accounting duties for full-time candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bureau or high-volume environment, a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
