Job summary

Cencora, through Alliance Healthcare in Birmingham, is seeking a Bulk Customer Coordinator to support the trading function and warehouse operations. The role focuses on delivering on SLAs, coordinating orders, and liaising with customers, couriers, and transport teams.

You will work across Operations, TAM, and Finance to ensure accurate order processing, effective communication, and smooth goods receipt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, transport or distribution environment in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated technologies.
• Understanding of shipping processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trading function SLAs are delivered and communicate risks.
• Maintain trading tracker for live order statuses.
• Collaborate with TAM team to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Communicate challenges to TAM to inform customers about fulfilment and data issues.
• Log and monitor incoming supplier deliveries for prompt goods receipt and inventory segregation.
• Input customer orders accurately into the system in a timely manner.
• Review credit for orders with Customer Finance to prevent issues.
• Manage customer claims and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Support stock rationing by requesting temporary lifts when needed.
• Identify and resolve TradeCo systems/process issues with stakeholders.
