Job summary

Alliance Healthcare UK in Birmingham is recruiting a Bulk Customer Coordinator to support our wholesale distribution services. You will manage customer orders, coordinate transport, and ensure SLA performance across trading and warehouse operations.

The role requires experience in warehouse/logistics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with customers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. 39 hours per week, with shifts and parking provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics environments is essential.
• Knowledge of WMS and automated technologies is advantageous.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical distribution is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of trading function SLAs with central logistics teams.
• Maintain live trading tracker for order statuses for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with TAM teams to align priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate challenges and exceptions to TAM for proactive handling.
• Coordinate with inbound goods teams for timely goods receipt and inventory segregation.
• Enter customer orders accurately and promptly into the system.
• Review credit for pending orders with Customer Finance Teams to anticipate issues.
• Handle customer claims and support resolution of queries within 24 hours.
• Assist with stock rationing and reporting to support inventory control.
• Attend regular TAM reviews and circulate internal reports as scheduled.
