Job summary

Cencora in Birmingham seeks a Bulk Customer Coordinator to support Alliance Healthcare trading function, ensuring SLA delivery and end-to-end processes.

You will coordinate orders, liaise with customers, couriers, transport, and logistics teams; you will input orders, monitor credit, and resolve queries. The role requires warehouse experience, WMS knowledge, strong communication, and willingness to travel weekly to Nottingham for training.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics distribution in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Understanding of shipping processes and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrix organisation.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly to Nottingham for training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of trading function SLAs and communicate risks.
• Maintain trading tracker for live order statuses.
• Collaborate with TAM team to understand priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate challenges and exceptions to TAM team.
• Log and monitor incoming supplier deliveries with CLC Inbound Goods-In.
• Input customer orders into the system accurately.
• Review available credit for orders with Customer Finance.
• Manage customer claims.
• Coordinate with stock rationing to request lifts.
• Identify and resolve TradeCo system/process issues.
• Attend regular TAM review meetings.
• Update internal reporting.
• Investigate unlabelled stock and assist Inventory team.
• Ensure protected stock is released to general inventory.
• Support key customer satisfaction drivers.
• Assist implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
• Handle products per SOP and regulatory requirements.
• General warehouse duties.
