CBRE Group, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fabric Technician to deliver proactive and reactive building maintenance under client contracts.

You will support clients, perform preventive maintenance, assist with installation and modifications of building equipment, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations. You will work under supervision to deliver reliable system performance and respond to inquiries from clients and staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Support clients in an efficient and courteous manner, with a focus on customer care.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required.
• Take measures to ensure that all systems are operating efficiently.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
