Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Mobile Fabric Technician to support the Technical Supervisor and Area Operation Manager in Carmarthen. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on building fabric and plumbing tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.

The role involves coordinating a small team, maintaining excellent client relations, and contributing to projects with the Facilities Services team.

Qualifications

• Competence in building fabric tasks such as plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating.
• Ability to lead a small team on fabric projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive and planned maintenance on building fabric and related services.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, environment and workplace security.
• Manage relationships with customer organisations and report risks or defects promptly.
• Assist Projects & Construction team in uplift/refit projects and cross-skill colleagues.
