Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fabric Technician for our Malvern site. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, including carpentry tasks, floor and ceiling repairs, lighting, and basic plumbing. You will liaise with client representatives and complete surveys, risk assessments, and method statements.

The role requires experience in fabric/carpentry, a UK driving licence, and knowledge of HSE procedures. Flexibility for out-of-hours work is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Fabric, Carpentry experience.
• Experience of working in high profile work environment.
• PC literate and able to interpret drawings/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive works within the team.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with Clients representatives regarding maintenance & repair tasks.
• Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works.
• Repairs floor and wall coverings.
• Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
• Accountable for lighting, lamp changes, filter changes AHU’s/FCU’s and basic plumbing.
