Job summary

Warwick District Council in Warwickshire seeks an experienced Building Surveyor (Career Grade) to join the Housing Assets team. You will carry out building and stock condition surveys, identify required works and plan maintenance and improvement projects.

This site-based role involves overseeing contractors, delivering projects safely and within budget, and collaborating with customers and colleagues to maintain safe, well-maintained homes and buildings across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in undertaking building surveys and managing the resulting works.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work effectively with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities
