Building Surveyor: Project Delivery & Due Diligence

Tasks and responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
• Undertaking building surveys and site inspections.
• Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, dilapidation and PPM schedules.
• Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects
• Delivery of contract administration and project management services
• Working with external clients and consultant teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
• Capable report and specification writing skills
