This unique role involves conducting TDD surveys and construction monitoring across various assets in the UK and Europe. Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building surveying with a focus on TDD.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform TDD surveys and construction monitoring services.
• Develop client relationships effectively.
• Prepare schedules of dilapidations.
