Qualifications

• Solid foundation in building pathology.
• Experience in expert witness work or residential pre-purchase surveys is desirable.
• Ability to tailor reporting and advice to different client types.

Responsibilities

• Conducting building inspections and producing clear reports.
• Identifying and diagnosing building defects.
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure timely report delivery.
• Responding to client queries professionally.
• Contributing to other Building Surveying duties as required.
