Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team or aspirations for a management role.
• Knowledge of fire-related legislation and building defects.
• Ability to deal confidently with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on building defects for various property types.
• Prepare maintenance reports and budget costs for clients.
• Act as Project Manager on projects up to £3m+.
