A leading UK engineering firm is seeking permanent Building Surveyors to join their Consulting team. This role involves providing building surveying services, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations. Ideal candidates will have a RICS accredited degree, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment. Qualifications

• Chartered Member of RICS or equivalent work experience is essential.
• Experience working across a diverse team with a broad range of technical services.
• Strong understanding of regulation and contractual requirements in required sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide building surveying services and act as Principal Designer.
• Work with Design Teams and Asset Management Teams.
• Deliver projects from fee build-up to client liaison and delivery.

Skills

Chartered Member of RICS or RICS accredited degree

Previous experience in similar role

Experience in multi-disciplinary environment

Strong project management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong stakeholder management skills

Understanding of Building Regulations

Experience with CAD and Revit
