Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited is recruiting a Building Surveyor to join our team in Tidworth. The role focuses on reviewing asset condition data and developing project briefs, specifications and cost estimates to support lifecycle and maintenance planning.

You will assess regulatory requirements and validate contractor quotes, ensuring sound commercial decisions. Candidates should have an HNC/HND level or equivalent and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline, with a Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to produce accurate estimates with strong IT and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review asset condition information and identify project requirements for Lifecycle Planning and Annual Maintenance Plan.
• Produce project briefs, outline specifications and ROM costings using established pricing methodologies.
