Job summary

AECOM are recruiting a Building Surveyor to join our Leeds team. The successful candidate will undertake diverse levels of surveying work on healthcare facilities, commercial premises, schools and university buildings primarily in the Northeast, reporting to senior staff.

Based in Leeds with a flexible hybrid policy and opportunities for travel within the UK, you will grow within a 60-strong national Building Surveying community and develop toward leadership roles with mentoring and progression.

Qualifications

• BSc Hons Building Surveying is required.
• RICS Chartered membership is desirable; NEC Supervisor accreditation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration.
• Condition surveys including PPM.
• Specification preparation.
• AutoCAD drawing and design work.
• Schedules of Condition.
• Use of Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Use of iPad technology.
