Job summary

AECOM is recruiting an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our Leeds Building Surveying Team. You will undertake varying levels of work typical for a Building Surveyor, reporting to the Senior and Management team, with projects including healthcare facilities, commercial premises, schools and university buildings in the Northeast.

Based in Leeds, you will benefit from our 'Freedom to Grow' policy with the option to work from home or in the office and flexible hours, while one day per week in

Qualifications

• BSc Hons Building Surveying is required.
• Chartered Member of the RICS is preferred but not essential.
• NEC Supervisor accreditation is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration
• Condition Surveys including PPM
• Specification preparation
• AutoCAD Drawing and Design work including measured surveys
• Schedules of Condition
• Use of Microsoft software platforms such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Use of iPad technology
