Job summary

AP Personnel is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their property management client, primarily based in Guernsey or Jersey. The successful candidate will provide advice on commercial premises and manage refurbishment projects.

Qualifications include a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent, and MRICS or working toward it is advantageous. Applicants must reside in Guernsey and hold a Resident Working Permit.

Responsibilities
