The successful candidate will have a Building Surveying degree, MRICS, and post-qualification experience. Strong communication, project management and knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and NBS

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying is required.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent post-qualification experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project management and contract administration for varied commercial instructions.
• Dilapidations advice, schedules and negotiations.
• Landlord and tenant matters and pre-acquisition surveys.
• Preparation of specifications, reports and technical documentation.
