Job summary

Unknown Global Consultancy in Glasgow is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to lead project delivery, manage client relationships and mentor junior surveyors. You will work across contract administration, due diligence, surveys and refurbishment projects while supporting business development to grow the Glasgow office.

Degree qualified and MRICS are essential, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Building Surveying is required.
MRICS qualification is required.
Strong technical knowledge of professional and project-based building surveying services.
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor and develop junior surveyors.
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and delivering work.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery and manage client relationships across assignments.
Support development of junior team members and mentor where needed.
Work across professional and project surveying instructions (contract administration, due diligence, surveys, refurbishment).
Contribute to business development activities and help grow the Glasgow office.
