Unknown Global Consultancy in Glasgow is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to lead project delivery, manage client relationships and mentor junior surveyors. You will work across contract administration, due diligence, surveys and refurbishment projects while supporting business development to grow the Glasgow office.

Degree qualified and MRICS are essential, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

Your New Role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work across a broad range of professional and project surveying instructions, including contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys, refurbishment projects and building pathology. You will also contribute to business development activities and help drive the continued growth of the Glasgow office.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of both professional and project-based building surveying services.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
