Residential Surveyor – Home-Based | Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

The Work
You'll carry out a mix of:

• Mortgage valuations
• RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys
• Red Book valuations
• Disrepair reports
• There’s a good blend of private client and lender work, making your day more varied—and more rewarding.

• Strong working knowledge of residential valuation and survey tools (Quest, GoReport, RightMove tools, BCIS, etc.)
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys building client relationships
