Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Bristol-based team on a project-focused role delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across diverse projects.

The role offers APC progression support and MRICS progression where possible, with exposure to building surveys, dilapidations, and broad professional surveying duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong project experience is essential.
• MRICS preferred; non-MRICS considered if actively progressing through APC.
• Experience across Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administration would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in developing a career within Building Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Employer's Agent services across a range of projects.

Our client, awell-established Building Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team inBristol.

This is a project-focused opportunity, with the successful candidate working closely with the management team to deliver Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects.

Alongside the core project work, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of professional surveying disciplines, including building surveys, dilapidations and related services. This varied experience is designed to support continued professional development and progression through the APC pathway.

Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

• Salary of £35,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
