Fixroy Partners is working with an established consultancy in Manchester looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join its growing team. This is a project-led role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of smaller projects from initial survey and design through to completion.

The workload includes refurbishment, commercial and public-sector schemes, with responsibility for managing projects from survey and design through to completion.

Fixroy Partners is working with an established consultancy in Manchester looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join its growing team.

This is a project-led role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of smaller projects from initial survey and design through to completion.

The workload includes refurbishment, commercial and public-sector schemes, with responsibility for managing projects from survey and design through to completion.

You’ll ideally have experience across:

• Contract administration
• AutoCAD and technical drawing
• Specifications and tender documentation
• Refurbishment and improvement projects
• Managing projects through design and delivery

You do not need to be Chartered. The priority is someone technically capable who can confidently manage their own workload and projects.

This could suit an experienced Building Surveyor, someone approaching chartership, or an MRICS surveyor looking for the right long-term environment.

Location: Manchester
