Job summary

Turner Property Recruitment is seeking a Building Surveyor to join its growing team in Maidstone. You will deliver a broad range of professional and project services alongside experienced colleagues and build strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates are approaching chartership or MRICS qualified, with experience in professional surveying and project work. Excellent organisation and communication are essential in this supportive consultancy.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified or nearing chartership is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities are essential.
• Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of building surveying services across projects.
• Undertake buildings surveys, conditions surveys, defect diagnosis, and reporting.
• Act as Employers' Agent and Contract Administrator on various schemes.
• Provide professional advice on dilapidations, maintenance and partywall matters.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to project delivery.

• Deliverconstructionprojectsfrominceptionthroughtocompletion.
• Undertakebuildingsurveys,conditionsurveys,defectdiagnosis,andtechnicalreporting.
• ActasEmployer'sAgentandContractAdministratoronavarietyofprojects.
