Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor on a 12-15 month fixed-term contract for a family-run construction company delivering projects across London and surrounding areas.

The role includes taking ownership of QA, inspections, and ensuring cladding/remediation projects meet safety and client quality requirements. Based near Ilford with commutable distance, opportunities to go permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Building Surveyor / QA Manager or similar.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance systems and compliance processes.
• Construction experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with site teams and senior stakeholders.

Your Role as a Building Surveyor Will Include:

• Ensuring cladding and remediation projects comply with regulatory, safety, and client quality requirements

The Successful Building Surveyor Will Need:

• Previous experience as a Building Surveyor / QA Manager or similar
• Strong understanding of quality assurance systems and compliance processes
• Construction experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with site teams and senior stakeholders
• To be based within a commutable distance of Ilford
