Job summary

Tristone Nash in West London is seeking an experienced Surveyor for a six-month temporary contract. You will perform property and building condition surveys, investigate defects, and manage disrepair cases to improve residents’ safety and living conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying, property maintenance, housing or a similar environment.
• A relevant surveying qualification, with HNC or HND Building Surveying studies as a minimum.
• Experience carrying out property inspections and identifying building defects.

Location: West London

Salary: £400 per day

Hours: 37 hours per week

Duration: 6 months

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join a Healthy Homes Team on a six-month temporary contract, helping to improve the quality, safety and condition of residents homes.

This is more than a traditional surveying role. You will use your technical expertise to identify issues, investigate building defects, support complex disrepair cases and help develop practical solutions that improve living conditions for residents.

You will play an important role in ensuring homes remain safe, sustainable and fit for the future, working closely with colleagues, contractors and external partners to resolve issues effectively.
