Building Surveyor - Cardiff - Up to £50k

The company has plenty of work lined up across various sectors, including education, industrial, healthcare, courts, universities, rail, and large residential schemes, primarily based in the local area.

This is an excellent time to join as the Cardiff office is experiencing growth. You will become an integral part of their expansion, with opportunities for rapid career progression.

As part of the wider Building Consultancy division, you will work closely with the Bristol team, offering the flexibility of a hybrid role between the two offices.

The ideal candidate will be driven and self-sufficient, with a project bias skillset, and ideally Chartered or working towards this qualification.
