Job summary

Genesis Technology Services Limited in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Building Surveying Manager to lead a professional surveying team and oversee housing maintenance, planned maintenance and major capital improvement programmes.

You will manage budgets, contracts, compliance, and prepare specifications, drawings, estimates and contract documentation, liaising with senior management, contractors and customers to deliver service improvements.

Qualifications

• Building-related degree or professional qualification with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Strong building surveying, project management and contract management experience.
• Experience managing staff and working with contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent; professional membership desirable.
