Job summary

Education Authority (Northern Ireland) is seeking a Building Supervisor (with supervision) to oversee on-site cleaning and non-cleaning services. The role reports to the School Principal and involves supervising the Assistant Building Supervisor and cleaning staff where appropriate.

The successful candidate will ensure adherence to the Education Authority’s practices and procedures and support day-to-day site operations within Ballymena and surrounding areas.

JOB TITLE: Building Supervisor (with supervision)

REPORTS TO: School Principal

RESPONSIBLE FOR: The supervision of the Assistant Building Supervisor and/or cleaning staff (if approporiate)

JOB PURPOSE To provide on-site supervision, cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated line manager or other authorised person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the Education Authority.
