Acorn Limited is looking for a Building Services Engineer - Plumber to conduct planned preventative maintenance across client sites in Milton Keynes. Ideal candidates will have proven experience and a strong focus on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumbing or mechanical building services technician.
• Ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance independently.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Attend reactive call-outs during normal hours and on-call rota.
• Maintain punctual site attendance and wear issued PPE.
• Accurately diagnose faults and recommend remedial works.
• Submit clear job reports and completion notes.

Skills

Proven experience as plumbing or mechanical technician

Ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance

Strong organisational skills

Clear and professional communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing or Mechanical Building Services
