Arcadis is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design building mechanical systems within our Places Design Practice. You’ll deliver elegant, efficient solutions for clients across Industrial Manufacturing, Defence and Education sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Evidence of working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng).
• Experience designing mechanical systems within buildings.
• Understanding how design elements interface with the client.
• Understanding budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work on technical aspects of small projects or components of larger projects, meeting budget, time, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to ensure integration of the overall design.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, reports and other project documentation.
• Apply analytical and design skills at project level and assist in resolving technical issues under supervision.
