Building Services Manager

Opportunity to work for a cash‑rich award‑winning construction company working across the Midlands. This role will manage schemes and have full autonomy to oversee the MEP packages and subcontractors. You will take the lead on iconic projects from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordinating the M&E Installation
• MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
• Pre‑construction: assess bids, submissions and tenders
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project’s delivery in particular M&E
• Minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with value engineering
• Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
• Health and safety input and supervision
• Quality assurance
• Building services management
• Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
