Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to lead MEPS across design and build projects, ensuring safe, compliant and well-coordinated delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. The role provides technical leadership and accountability for buildability and quality.

You will manage specialist supply chains and multidisciplinary teams, drive programme and handover, and maintain the golden thread of project information while safeguarding safety

• Proven MEP management experience on design-and-build projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across building services and commissioning.
• Experience managing specialist supply chains and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination and commercial awareness.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and compliance.
• Relevant building-services qualifications or equivalent experience.

Job description

A well-renowned regional contractor is looking for an experienced Building Services Manager / MEP Manager to lead the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services across a range of projects. This is a key role, providing technical leadership from pre-construction through to commissioning, handover and aftercare — ensuring MEP solutions are safe, compliant, coordinated, buildable and delivered right first time.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading MEP design coordination, buildability and technical assurance.
• Managing specialist subcontractors, consultants, procurement and installation.
• Driving programme, quality, commissioning and handover.
• Managing interfaces across architectural, structural and specialist disciplines.
