To ensure that the base build electrical, mechanical engineering, and general services equipment are properly maintained and operate efficiently at all times, without loss of service or amenities to tenants.
Salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
All staff must take reasonable care for health and safety, following company policies and procedures.
All staff must follow CWG environmental policies for waste minimization and energy management.
All staff must comply with CWG's ISO 9001 quality standards and related procedures.
Relevant professional qualification is essential.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in large complexes is essential, with a flexible, innovative approach.
Good administrative skills, experience in designing and specifying systems, technical background, and computer literacy are required.
Leadership skills to manage staff and handle challenging situations are necessary.
An understanding of customer service in the context of Canary Wharf is important.
