The Opportunity:

They are looking for a confident and technically astute Technical Services Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of all building services elements across their commercial office fit-out projects. This is a key role, ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, public health, and specialist services from concept through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee MEP service coordination throughout all phases of commercial office fit-out projects.
• Work closely with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure technical services are integrated efficiently with the overall build.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and installation methodologies.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Drive commissioning strategies, witness testing, and manage final handover of building systems.
• Identify risks early and resolve coordination or installation issues quickly and effectively.
• Regularly attend site to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.

UK Experience in Commercial Office Fit Out is essential

• Extensive experience in a similar role within the commercial office fit-out sector.
• Strong technical background in MEP building services.
• Proven track record of coordinating services in complex, high-spec office environments.
• Familiarity with Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
