Job description

Building Service Manager/ Technical Services/Engineering Manager in Central London to look after the day-to-day delivery and project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services to a flagship site in West London, which includes a Commercial Office portfolio.

You will be responsible for the Building Services, Fabric and Health & Safety within. Duties include:

1. Manage and review operational procedures and processes
2. Management of any project and fit-out works
3. Review and manage performance of service partners
4. Overseeing the service partners' delivery of day-to-day services
5. Overseeing design, planning, and execution of project works
6. Ensuring overall site compliance with legislation and statutory requirements
7. Delivering on ESG, NET Zero, and SMART building initiatives

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team in upholding strict financial operating disciplines, service charge expenditure, and ensuring all operating procedures are maintained in line with legislation and corporate procedures.
