Building Services Manager

Salary: 80,000 – 85,000 + Package
Location: Wiltshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a leading main contractor with a strong pipeline of work and exciting long–term opportunities across the region.

This is a project delivery–focused Building Services Manager role, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of the MEP services package on a major construction project.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure the building services are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The Role

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the building services package on the project.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
• Work closely with the wider project team to coordinate MEP works with the construction programme.
• Monitor progress, quality and programme.
• Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues throughout delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project requirements, specifications and relevant standards.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Manager with a strong background in delivering MEP packages on major construction projects.

You may currently be working as a Building Services Manager, MEP Manager, M&E Manager or in a similar senior MEP delivery position.

Previous pre–construction experience would be advantageous, but the key requirement is strong project delivery experience and the ability to effectively manage the building services package through the construction phase.
