PSR Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Building Services Manager in the South East. The role encompasses leading MEP delivery across multiple projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services/MEP, with extensive main contractor experience and a track record in pre-construction and early design for major projects. Travel across the South East is expected.

Senior Building Services Manager

Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 + Package

Location: High Wycombe / South East

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to join a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Building Services professional looking for a varied role, with involvement across pre-construction, early design and project delivery.

The position will involve supporting a number of major projects across the South East, working closely with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of the building services packages.

The Role

• Provide senior building services support across multiple projects.
• Support projects from pre-construction and early design through to delivery.
• Review and coordinate mechanical and electrical designs.
• Provide technical input around buildability and MEP delivery.
• Support project teams with MEP coordination and technical issues.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Visit and support sites across the South East as required.
• Ensure MEP works are delivered to the required quality, programme and standards.
• Provide technical advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work across a varied portfolio of major construction projects.

This is a senior, hands-on position with no direct reports, suited to someone who enjoys working across different projects and providing MEP expertise from the early stages through to completion.

About You

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services / MEP, with a good understanding of both mechanical and electrical services.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Building Services Manager, Building Services Manager, MEP Manager, M&E Manager or similar.
• Strong main contractor experience.
• A good understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
• Proven pre-construction and early design experience.
• Experience supporting the delivery of major construction projects.
• Strong technical, design coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The flexibility to travel across the South East.
