We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Building Services Manager to join our high-performing Preconstruction team in the Midlands. Willmott Dixon is driven by quality and customer service. The successful candidate will manage the preconstruction phase through tender and design development, ensuring the production of high-quality information and accurate costs. You will work alongside our Preconstruction team, conducting technical reviews of tender documents, liaising with the estimating team, and adjusting designs accordingly. Additionally, you will coordinate the supply chain and oversee service handovers between preconstruction and delivery teams to ensure a compliant services tender. This role involves working across multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be based in our Birmingham or Nottingham office, with support for hybrid working arrangements.
