Pioneer Selection is seeking a Maintenance Electrician in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The role offers a 50/50 split between a manufacturing site and supporting multiple local team rooms, with a focus on electrical maintenance and problem-solving.

You will handle installation, testing, fault finding and maintenance of systems like fire alarms, BMS, ventilation, and general facilities, working 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota (1 in 4) and £34,500–£38,500 salary plus £3,185

• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
