Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Building Services Engineer for a 6‑month contract in the Bristol area. You will provide technical support to the in-house team and contractors, manage maintenance delivery, and conduct asset inspections to ensure compliance.

Applicants should have strong HVAC and domestic water systems experience, plus familiarity with large estates such as hospitals or universities. Bristol commutability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within Building Services, Estates Maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical building services experience covering HVAC and domestic water systems.
• Experience in hospitals, schools, universities, care homes or similar large estates.
• Live commutable to Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to the in-house team and contractors.
• Manage and monitor maintenance and operational delivery.
• Carry out asset inspections and condition surveys.
• Oversee mechanical building service work.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor activities and compliance.
