Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services, Estates Maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical building services experience covering HVAC and domestic water systems.
• Experience in large estates or organisations with compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage contractors and ensure maintenance delivery.

• Provide technical support to in-house team and contractors.
• Manage and monitor maintenance and operational delivery.
• Carry out asset inspections and condition surveys.
• Oversee mechanical building service work and compliance.
