• Strong mechanical building services experience, HVAC and domestic water systems.
• Experience in environments like hospitals, schools, universities, care homes or large estates.
• Live commutable to Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to in-house team and contractors.
• Manage and monitor maintenance and operational delivery.
• Carry out asset inspections and condition surveys.
• Oversee mechanical building service work.
• Ensure contractors remain compliant and maintenance is delivered to a high standard.
