About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our facilities management team, delivering high-quality, responsive electrical and general maintenance services across our site(s). You will work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and site users to maintain operational efficiency and electrical safety.
Your core responsibilities will include the delivery of planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and small installation works, while supporting other building services as required. All tasks must be accurately logged and tracked via the CAFM system to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break, working between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Participation in an on-call rota and occasional overtime will be required. A validated DBS check is essential for this role.
